It's really a very good picture. The scene, the subjects and the compositione are really well-made and choosed: the light, the brilliant and vivid colours, the really good post-production indicates the ability of the artist to deliver a full-grown work at the end.
The interesting effect of reflexion in the water, the antithesis between the morbid green of the trees and the neutral gray of the buildings, they add a sensation of equilibrium to the watcher.
Still, there are some imperfections in my opinion: the frame choosen is too thick, a little bit unnecessary compared to the lightness of the picture; and there is a strange blurred effect around the buildings, like if they got a white "aura", I think that in this case the author used a little too much one of the post production tools.
Still, even with this two "black fly" flying around the work, it's really a great picture, as I said.
Technique-wise this is a great photo. You got the great vibrant reflection from the water and the deep blues makes a great contrast against the building color. It's stunning. The perspective from the background building to the forefront building and the angle of the roof-lines provide some nice emphasis on distance as well.
However, I am at conflict with two things (please don't hate me). Personally, I am not a fan of urban architecture, so the subject matter (to me) needs a little more strength. The other thing is I think you had a great start trying to get a good angle on the buildings, but I feel like by attempting to capture the water reflection with it hindered a better angle for overall composition of capturing the building + the sky (or the water reflection instead). It a little too busy. If the composition cropped the top of the buildings or the sky, and showed more of the reflection, the picture could be much more dramatic. There's no telling if you had obstacles or barriers around that would prevent a better shot though, just depends on the situation at the time.
Anyhow, that's just me attempting to be constructive, and you can totally ignore my comments. Seriously you have a ton of fantastic quality work, so I really wouldn't worry about it.
