Little treasure

The author is capable to keep an high level of quality through his various works; this is now certain.

In this picture, the cure into the choice of the subject, the non-perfect simmetry with the background, the contrast between the cold colours of the pendant and the background's red light are all evident proof of the artist's talent.

The pendant make a great visual impact on the viewer with this close-up, the antithesis which results from the fact that usually an heart is red while in this case the colours are inverted and now we have a cold, metallic, chained heart to contain the light and the dark of a person's soul, it is really a great concept idea (oh well, in my opinion).

Still, even after this kind of interpretation of the concept of this fine photography work, something is lacking...
The originality of the concept, even if well realized and created, is a medium effort: the ancestral fight between dark and light, Yin and Yang, is something well know and already seen in a million different ways.

In my opinion, it is critical for the author to not step down in the main stream of common people, even for a second: the constant search for the unreachable mixed with the creativity and the experiment should be one of the possible keys to full success.

The artist must be a scientist, a genius and a dreamer.
